We bought a beautiful swim spa at Trevi. They were very helpful during the sale. They were very happy to take my money for the sale. Now that there is a small crack in the spa under warranty, I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE LAST OCTOBER TO HAVE IT FIXED! After sales service is SOOOOOO bad it's incredible. First you have to wait on the phone for HOURS to get through to the service department. Then you are passed from person to person, waiting on hold each time. Then all you get is a promise that someone will call you back. NEVER do they call back. Next day the same thing starts all over again. WEEKS go by. MONTHS go by. They tell you that you have to speak to a sub contractor who works for THEM to make an appointment. Why should I have to speak to THEIR sub? And when I do, I get a POLITICAL response about what language I try to speak. This is BUSINESS not a language dispute! So half of the summer is now past and since October of last year I still do not have a firm service appointment. This is the WORST service I've ever seen. I highly recommend that you look somewhere else to buy your pool or spa.
